“Robin Hood” Drops the F Bomb on Fox News

July 20th, 2010

The Las Vegas Robin Hood dropped the F Bomb on Fox News  yesterday.  Imagine Doocy’s surprise.

Everyone handled it well.  In this case, the family bread winner had some horrible form of cancer and couldn’t work and they had lost their home.  A self-professed Robin Hood uses his gambling winnings to make people’s lives better.  I guess he just got a little overly excited.

I was watching this segment and didn’t even pick up on it at the time. I guess I just have potty ears.

So much for this thread. Not enough red meat.

LOL! I guess the f-word isn’t such a big deal anymore.

Remember that old Disney animated Robin Hood with the fox who played Robin? God, I was in love with that fox when I was a kid.

    Who was he really?

I found it convenient that this happened the day after a court said that networks could not be fined for “slips” like that. I think that the lack of a bleap was a test.

    His identity was not published.

Could Fox be fined since it isn’t network?

No. The courts meant media networks. And Fox IS a network. A cable network.

I thought they only meant the shows that come over the airwaves. How come HBO and every other cable network can say and do anything without FCC interference?
