I will answer that question. No. For some people there is absolutely nothing the President can do that will make them happy. What a shame.
Jon Stewart calls it as he sees it in this video. And as we all know, Jon Stewart has not given him a pass.

I think it is something that needs to be talked about. I can’t see anything done by the Obama administration making a Republican/conservative happy. That’s a shame because that nay-saying is so contagious.
Now where will the fight with Gibbs and Pelosi go?

I don’t know, maybe his incompetence for starters? Maybe his constant lying to the American people? Maybe for his massive spending programs with no end in sight? Maybe because he will make Jimmy Carter look like he wasn’t so bad after all?
A little biased, are we, hello? Incompetent liar…that is pretty harsh. I can’t think of anything he has lied about. I can think of a couple things that have not turned out as anticipated. I don’t consider those lies as much as miscalculations.
Incompetence? No.
Just man up and admit that you don’t like him and be done with it.
What do you think President Obama should have done about the economy when he came to office? What economic plan did you have in mind?
Here’s the thing nobody seems to be saying. Why are people looking to the government for happiness in the first place?
Slowpoke, why do you think people are looking to the government for happiness? I don’t know folks who are doing that. Most people I know are looking to govt. to maintain roads, schools, conduct foreign policy, guarantee a more equitable playing field in housing, jobs, etc. Happiness? No. That’s something a person finds for himself or herself.
People will be unhappy if they have to rely on political parties’ spiels. Those are designed to make people unhappy, agitated, angry enough to vote.
Well, folks seem to be saying “No matter what Obama does or says, it won’t make them happy”. I’m saying don’t look to government or politicians for happiness. Oh, and if you don’t know anyone looking to the government for happiness, may I suggest you vacation in Detroit, MI this year? I bet you run into one or two.

- Oh really??? what about the multiple times he has said that the individual mandate was NOT A TAX? That was an outright lie because they are now saying that it IS A TAX.
